Microneedling with exosomes adds a topical layer of growth factors (the messenger molecules that signal cells to regenerate) directly into the skin during the treatment, while the channels are open and the absorption is highest. The result is a stronger, faster collagen response, faster recovery, and visible results that usually appear sooner.

A laser, by contrast, uses a single focused wavelength tuned to one specific target, typically going deeper or working on more concentrated concerns.
