Grace Hill has lived in the Corydon area since 2015. In 2024, we joined the Visage family and began designing what was next: a brand new building, an expanded team, and the addition of a medical spa and longevity menu, all under one roof. Same craft. New space. Wider scope.

After nearly a decade in our original space, we have moved into a brand new building on Grosvenor Avenue. Designed from the ground up for the kind of work we do best, the new space gives us room to do everything we have been known for, and everything we are growing into.
On the salon side, every detail of the original Grace Hill experience carries over. Trendsetting hair, hand-picked stylists, the personal continuity our clients have come to expect. We did not water any of it down to make room for what is new.
On the spa side, we are launching a fully equipped medical spa with treatments that meet our same premium standard: microneedling, professional peels, IPL, advanced facials, laser hair removal, and more. Beyond the spa, we are introducing a brand-new longevity menu built around peptide treatments, biohacking-informed protocols, and Korean skincare techniques. A first for Winnipeg.

Farzana is the heart behind some of Winnipeg's most loved beauty destinations. As owner of Visage Clinical Beauty and Grace Hill Salon, she's spent more than a decade shaping spaces where people feel cared for, confident, and genuinely seen.
A graduate of MC College's Esthetics program, Farzana is a licensed laser technician trained through Glam Group Canada in advanced laser and IPL treatments. Her skill set runs deep. From microneedling and hydrafacials to chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and full-body skin treatments, she brings precision and a real understanding of skin to every appointment.
What sets Farzana apart isn't just her training. It's her belief that beauty should feel personal. Every client gets her full attention, her honest input, and a treatment plan built around their goals.
Off the clock, Farzana is a devoted mom and wife to Dr. Ali Esmail, Winnipeg's only fellowship-trained facial plastic surgeon. Together they've built the Visage family of brands from the ground up. When she's not at the clinic, you'll find her outdoors with her family, golfing, camping, or fishing somewhere quiet.

Grace Hill opened its doors in 2015, on Grosvenor Avenue in Corydon Village. From the start, the salon had a particular energy: the kind of place where you walked in for a haircut and left with a new friend, where the conversation went deeper than the trim, where you came back because you remembered how it felt the first time, not just how the cut looked.
In 2024, Grace Hill joined the Visage family of brands. The acquisition was not about changing what Grace Hill was. It was about adding what Grace Hill could be. With Visage Cosmetic Clinic, Visage Clinical Beauty, City Looks, The Studio, and the Clinical Beauty Academy already in our network, the natural next step was to bring medical-grade aesthetics and longevity science into the Grace Hill experience.
